PURPLE HANDLE CHAINNOSE

This plier is from the Slim-Line series brought to you by The Beadsmith. It is 4.5 inches long (115mm) and has a purple PVC handle, with a very comfortable grip. It is made of a box joint construction, with tapered tips, smooth jaws, and slightly rounded edges allowing you to accurately crimp, shape, and bend. These pliers have extra-fine tips for close up, precision applications. The break strength is Rockwell Hardness 42 – 45. Chain nose pliers are a very versatile tool, most commonly used for gripping and manipulating wire, head pins and eye pins, as well as opening and closing jump rings and earring wires. The jaws of chain nose pliers are shorter, making them easier to work with – and the surface on the inside of the jaws is completely smooth, not serrated.
